As of now, it has been long time that I have been writing a good host of articles regarding
open source softwares. In succession to them, here I support another open source software. The only point of consideration here is that this one is not an application software but a system software. Most of the visitors reading this article would suposedly be Windows users. But supposedly they don't know that there's something better waiting for them- Linux.
REDISTRIBUTABLE AND FREE OF COST
First and foremost, most if not all Linux-based OSs are developed under the GNU General Public License and are completely free of cost and can be download, uploaded, distributed and redistributed totally free of cost. The GNU General Public License ensures that you get all the freedoms to redefine and redistribute the source-code of the OS.
